To Qualify, You Must:
- Be the titled owner of the vehicle (leased vehicles are not eligible)
- Follow all instructions and recommendations we provide throughout your claim
- Provide proof of your final claim outcome
- Pursue your claim through to completion, including legal action if we recommend it
When the Guarantee Doesn’t Apply:
- Your insurance policy limits were insufficient to cover the claim
- Your insurance company reimbursed our appraisal fee
- You signed a release or settlement agreement without our involvement
- Your vehicle had undisclosed prior accident history
- You didn’t follow our instructions
- You declined recommended legal action
- The claim outcome was affected by factors outside our appraisal
